Current Projects

Smaczny new project in June of 2009 is to shoot a new video for the flash banner on the website. Clare Bayens and Erica Preus will be performing.  Make-up Design by Ercia Preus.

"I can't believe GPdance.com has been running since December, I am excited to make more video work for the banner", states Smaczny.

Artistic Director Carrie Smaczny, is available for hire to re-stage any her choreography for Grounding Point Repertory.  If you are interested in pieces choreographed by GP company members or guest choreographers of GPDC, Smaczny can put you in touch with them.

If you are interested in learning the choreography from video, that can be arranged or you can hire Smaczny to come set the piece on your group.

Fees vary due to length of piece.

Glass House - Singapore       Ghost House - California

Two projects with Loretta Livingston , LA based choreographer &director, are currently in post production and will be submitted to film festivals in 2009 & 2010.  Carrie Smaczny's role was as screen dance artist on Glass House and screen dance artist/lead editor on Ghost House.
